Our client is an international investor who owns a pepper production farm in Kampot,Cambodia.

With an extension of30 hectaresthis farm stands out for the cultivation ofhigh Quality Pepperrecognized worldwide with the Kampot Pepper Denomination of Origin.

The customer’s objective was to adapt acomplete solution irrigation, Nutrition and Filtration systems that would meet the High quality standards of the product and allow exporting to Asian, European and North American markets.

The challenge

The main challenge consisted in covering the differentnutritional needs of the various crops grown on the farm, mainly black pepper but also bananas (in an intercropping system) with limited fertilization time.

In addition, it was requiredlaborthe existing local workforce in the area was poorly qualified, even without previous experience in the sector, which added to the complexity of the project.

The solution

To address this challenge, it was decided to implement thetechnologyAZUD QGROW BSa fertilizer injection system that allows for thedosing of several fertilizers at the same time in an intuitive and simple way.

This solution was ideal for the availability of labor on the farm and its low qualification. The AZUD QGROW BS equipment is equipped with 5 injection lines, this allows a simple and manual operation, facilitating the learning process for the operators.
