The challenge

GN Berries faced a critical challenge: to guarantee the agronomic success of its blueberry crops under greenhouse conditions. The previous system had serious shortcomings:

Inadequate Filtration systems that generated constant interruptions.
Low uniformity in the distribution of water and nutrients, affecting crop growth.
Premature wear of Irrigation lines and heads, increasing operating costs.

These limitations compromised production quality. GN Berries needed a comprehensive and reliable solution that would adapt to the unique conditions of its growing areas.

Replacement of defective systems: Irrigation lines and sand Filtration systems that caused most of the problems were eliminated.
Installation of AZUD HELIX AUTOMATIC 300 DLP: An advanced Filtration technology that ensures automatic and efficient cleaning, improving water quality and protecting the Irrigation system.

This solution allowed GN Berries to take full advantage of water from desalination plants, essential for its crops in coastal areas, and to significantly improve the agronomic conditions of its greenhouses.
