Aquapolo Brasil is an initiative between GS INIMA and Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo (SABESP) to supply reclaimed water to the petrochemical pole in the area. Through pre-filtration of the treated wastewater, the replacement of microfiltration cartridges is drastically reduced by protecting them with 5-micron ring pre-filtration and increasing the efficiency of the subsequent chemical disinfection system.
