In the fertile Chapanay region, in the heart of San Martín, Mendoza, is the farm of a visionary producer, dedicated to the production and marketing ofagricultural diversification with a focus on pistachio and garlic crops. This innovative strategy allows the land to be optimally utilized by interspersing the garlic crop between rows of growing pistachio trees, which not only maximizes land use but also generates a steady income stream during the pistachio development years before the pistachio tree reaches its full productive capacity.
