The challenge

The Costa del Sol faced unique challenges, such as the presence of calcareous water that caused blockages in the Irrigation systems. A solution was sought that would provide precise control of Irrigation and be efficient in maintaining the aesthetics and health of the parks and gardens.

The solution

AZUD provided a revolutionary solution by combining SUB-SURFACE DRIP IRRIGATION and digital irrigation management systems.

The system ofsUB-SURFACE DRIP IRRIGATION was installed using the technologyAZUD PREMIER PC AS. This Dripline with integrated flat Dripper with capacity forselfcompensating (PC) and antisiphon (AS)the SUB-SURFACE DRIP IRRIGATION system, is perfect for SUB-SURFACE DRIP IRRIGATION systems.

The DripperAZUD PREMIER PC AS became the key to avoiding the problems associated with calcareous water, ensuring a constant and efficient flow of water and nutrients to plant roots, without the blockages common in other systems.

This advanced technology was complemented with the implementation ofirrigation Digital management. This integrated approach allowed theinstallation of ground probesthe system provides soil moisture readings and accurate monitoring of various Irrigation parameters, ensuring efficient water management and plant nutrition.
