The project seeks to ensure the efficient use of water through the implementation of soil management techniques and the monitoring of its application through localised underground irrigation systems.

AZUD aims, through CICLICA, to facilitate the transfer and application of knowledge on water optimisation in crops of agro-ecological interest such as jojoba and carob, supporting the farmer to produce with economic, social and environmental responsibility in a Climate Smart Agriculture, thus increasing water efficiency and productivity in a sustainable way.
